“Solving the 3am problem”
The site has such a strong and singular purpose, so would recommend keeping that “why” clear and up front at the different stages.
Improving clarity of site navigation, including breadcrumbs, will help keep the user “organized” toward their goal of finding the solution to bring to a customer.
Adding labeling or differentiation to the tile components to be clear what level the user is at will also help them quickly identify what they need.
Consistency in use of templates and content organization (unless not relevant/appropriate) will help user “recognize” where they are in the architecture more readily rather than recalling.
Issue: Templates for “Use Case” tile and “Solution” tile are similar/same – it’s not clear at what point they’re going to “find” the solutions/end goal
Recommendation: adjusting the template to make clear what level of architecture it is (similar to below on “Search” page as well)
